Ultralight Hike
In the last few months I had been outdoors far too little for my taste. Unfortunately, between the everyday duties, job hunting, the upcoming move and the final sprint of my part-time degree programme, there was no time for my hobby.
Since Bimbi and I had some time on our hands in between, for me it was “nothing like getting out”!
We packed our backpacks for a spontaneous day trip to the banks of the Neckar. Right from the first few metres in the city, nature showed its most beautiful side.
After a few kilometres we reached a lock and took the time to watch a vessel being locked through on the Neckar.
Once we arrived at our destination, we first had lunch. The main course was an MSG-couscous mix from Feinkost Albrecht.
Afterwards we ate a delicious mug cake that I had prepared for us on my alcohol stove These packets are simply fantastic!
After dessert, we made our way back home. The next day we were already supposed to head into the Palatinate with some acquaintances and friends.
