Fuel Gel
Fuel gel is basically chemically processed alcohol that has a jelly-like consistency.
This gel is highly flammable and continues to burn on its own after initial ignition.
Pro:
- Fuel is relatively safe if knocked over.
Con:
- Fuel gel produces heavy soot like alcohol and thus creates a layer of soot on the cookware
- Low energy density in the fuel
