The Year in Review
Another year has come to an end. The perfect time to review it:
The good and the bad
I am glad I was able to write articles diligently again this year. At times I published one article per week. I will aim for that cycle again this year. Unfortunately, due to a lack of time, I could not go on as many trips this year as I would have wished, but my priorities were on moving, studying and job hunting.
Outlook
This year I want to take on more trips again. Among other things, we have resolved for 2018 to tackle the Kerry Way in Ireland and to hike in the Netherlands. I also want to expand my repertoire of outdoor-suitable recipes. I am especially interested in what else can be conjured up with my small cook set.
